Maple + Miso Beans with Crispy Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients

1 x 660g jar Organic White Beans

1/2 bar of Miso Butter (or mix 2 tsp of butter with 2 tsp miso)

400g of Brussel Sprouts, prepped and blanched.

Chui Chow chilli sauce to taste (We used Pippy Eats')
-
1 teaspoon of rice wine vinegar
-
1 table spoon of maple syrup

A squeeze of lemon
Directions
Set the oven to 200 degrees.
Heat up half of the miso butter in a pan and at the end add your vinegar, a pinch of salt and maple syrup.Cover the sprouts with this dressing and roast in the oven for 20 minutes until crisp.
Meanwhile, using the same pan, melt the rest of your miso butter and add your beans with all of their bean stock. Add a squeeze of lemon and taste to see if the mixture needs seasoning.
Using the miso beans as a base, load them with the crispy maple brussels and finish with the zingy chilli sauce.
