We started in 2021 when Amelia Christie-Miller set out with a simple mission: to make people OBSESSED with beans by giving them THE BEST of beans. Over the past 3 years we have doubled our sales every quarter, gone from supplying our loyal followers through direct orders to over 1000 stores, and are the only brand driving volume growth within the category. As well as certifying as a B CORP and winning The Grocer's Gold's "Start-Up of the Year" award 2023. This hasn’t been achieved through big budgets, but through award-winning, delicious products, innovative marketing and a team FULL OF BEANS and creativity.

But we’re only just getting started and have huge ambitions to continue to grow and make an even bigger impact. That’s why we need a world class team to help us deliver our mission.
