Ingredients

1 jar Rich Tomato Baked Beans

2 tsp olive oil or a knob of butter

100g cheddar, grated

2 slices of sourdough bread, or bread of choice

Directions

Heat the olive oil or butter in a pan over a medium-low heat. Put a slice of bread in the pan, spoon half of the baked beans on top, then sprinkle generously with the cheese. Cover with a lid and cook for a few minutes until the cheese is fully melted and the bread is crisp and golden underneath.

Repeat for the other slice of bread.
