One-Pan Smoky Chilli Baked Bean Shakshuka

This is the kind of weekend brunch that feels like a little treat to yourself, or to share with friends; a boujie cafe-worthy brunch, made easy in one pan thanks to a jar of rich, smoky chilli baked beans. They simmer down into a thick, smoky sauce that's sturdy enough to hold the eggs in their wells while they gently poach. Top it with cool avocado, salty feta and tangy pickled onions, then mop it all up with crusty bread or flatbreads.

Double everything and use a larger pan to feed four.
