This cracker is from Mob Kitchen - Ben is one of our founder's oldest pals + has been a huge support to Bold Bean Co, before we even had a name. We sent him + his wicked team some beans to play around with + as expected.... they came up with some beauties.

1 onion, diced
1 carrot, diced
2 sticks of celery, roughly chopped
4 large tomatoes
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp tomato puree
400ml veg stock
1 jar of Queen Butter Beans, drained
1 Bay Leaf
1 Stick of Cinnamon
Handful of mint
2 tbsp olive oil
