Our Queen Black Chickpeas are smaller and darker than their beige-coloured cousins. These beauties bring a deep, roasted flavour with a firm bite + a SUPER creamy centre. Their slightly thicker skin makes them seem almost al dente in texture.

400g hummus, shop bought or home made (quick at home recipe below)
