Creating these products has been almost three years in the making. It all starts in our very own kitchens. We develop and test recipes at home, experimenting with flavours, herbs, and spices until we have ideas we really love. 

We then take those recipes to our factories in Spain. They produce a sample, which we taste, suggest tweaks, try more variations, gather feedback and repeat until we feel we’ve nailed it.

We use a large variety of white beans from Poland, the same origin as our Queen Butter Beans. We then soak them, discard the skins, and let them become the big, BOLD, creamy beans that we know.

The tomato sauce is made like you would from scratch at home, using the highest quality ingredients - a base of onion, carrot, celery, tomato puree, and chopped tomatoes. We pride ourselves on using the finest Mediterranean tomatoes, sourced from different regions such as Spain and Italy, depending on the best harvest each year. This gives us the flexibility to always select the most delicious tomatoes for our sauce, ensuring consistent quality regardless of seasonal changes! Along with the finest olive oil from Spain + a pinch of brown sugar for the perfect balance of sweetness + acidity. Then each flavour is crafted to offer a twist on a beloved classic.

Rich Tomato - we tested three different tomato options. Some loved tang, some wanted more tomato, others liked it sweet. So after listening to our customers' feedback, we found the perfect middle ground to create the ultimate rich tomato that is full-bodied, glossy and naturally sweet. Best served with a jammy boiled egg or grated cheddar.

Smoky Chilli - this is a similar base to the rich tomato, but with a blend of chipotle chilli paste for a smoky and spicy kick. They have a medium-level of spice, but are balanced with that rich, savoury sauce that keeps you coming back for more. Best served with feta cheese and pink pickled onions, or a crispy fried egg. 

Masala - a blend of spices like ground cumin, coriander, cinnamon and turmeric for a mild but warm heat, paired with a hint of mango puree for an all round fragrant, naturally sweet + warming flavour. Best served with grated cheddar, popped under the grill to melt, and topped with pink pickled onions and fresh coriander.

The beauty of our baked beans is that they need very little doing to them. Heat them up in a pan or in the microwave and pour them onto a generously buttered slice of toast. DELICIOUS as is.
