1 jar Queen Butter Beans - drained

1 large lemon

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Cracked Black Pepper

Crusty bread, to serve
Directions
Simply spoon the beans onto a serving plate. Drizzle very generously with olive oil, add some cracked black pepper and grate over the whole lemon zest.
