Role Summary:

Joining us at an incredibly exciting time, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth plans. This is perfect for a current NAE/NAM who wants to take on more responsibility and ownership at a smaller business where they can have a monumental impact.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial NAM to help us on our mission to make the world OBSESSED with beans. We need someone who loves building relationships to manage and grow ourretail accounts and make them flourish. Our goal is to be in every major retailer in the next 3 years and this person will make this happen.

If you’ve been working in a commercial for a few years and want to really make a difference in a business, and truly see the positive impact your work can have, as well as gaining more visibility and ownership over the commercial strategy then this role is perfect for you.


Your role:

● Helping to create and delivering the channel strategy for off trade channels including grocery, retail, wholesale, and travel with full P&L accountability and budget management

● Developing strong relationships with buyers and category managers (bringing in Amelia + Ed where needed for story-telling)

● Building killer JBPs with customers to drive profitable growth plans and achieve business objectives

● Delivering category driving annual business plans to include pricing, investment and in store activity

● Creating and taking new business opportunities – this role is as much about winning new business as it is account managing existing accounts

● Owning your own demand forecast, working with operations and finance

● Sharing insights to the wider team with clear objectives to everything

● Developing your understanding of the canned pulses category

● Owning the data from your accounts

environment.


Additional skills:

2+ years of experience managing Accounts

Passion for food and cooking

Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving results in a fast-paced environment

An excellent communicator
