The role:

This is a great opportunity for someone who ideally has some experience under their belt, but wants to take on more responsibility and ownership within an ambitious start-up. We are looking for someone with initiative who is ambitious and intelligent to help us manage and grow our grocery accounts. They must be personable, interesting and engaging with a desire to grow with the business to take up a senior position. We’re looking for someone self-motivated who is an independent thinker. We want a hustler who is charming, thinks strategically and clearly about how to best achieve goals within the business.

Core responsibilities:

Ensuring we have good availability, rate of sale and brand presence in our grocery stockists in the UK. Growing availability and rate of sale by problem-solving and building relationships, whilst retaining brand fluency. Managing the numbers in your channel, including forecasting, budgeting and promotions. An analytical, data-driven person who wants to learn.

What skills will you bring?

  • Numerically Minded: This person gets a kick out of spreadsheets and improving processes and efficiency. They should want to learn how to run a P&L.
  • Problem Solver: They will have the ability to spot problems, strategise and then execute solutions. Not afraid to roll up their sleeves and they can make things happen.
  • Relationship Builder: A confident networker who can build strong relationships with our customers and partners.
