A tomatoey kidney bean curry, with fragrant gingery spices. Using pretty much all store cupboard ingredients. The spices we recommend are coriander, cumin, or mustard seeds.

Ingredients
Olive Oil
2 White or Red Onions
Large Knob of Ginger
3 Fat Garlic Cloves
2 Tbsp Curry Powder
1 Tbsp Whole Spices (see suggestions in description)
2 x 400g tins of chopped tomatoes
1 x 700g jar of Bold Bean Co Queen Red Beans (or 2 x 400g tins), with their bean stock
2 Limes
A Handful of Fresh Coriander
Rice or Naan, To Serve
Mango Chutney, To Serve
