A tomatoey kidney bean curry, with fragrant gingery spices. Using pretty much all store cupboard ingredients. The spices we recommend are coriander, cumin, or mustard seeds.

1 x 700g jar of Bold Bean Co Queen Red Beans (or 2 x 400g tins), with their bean stock
